I can repair your shed roof
Lay weed barrier and cover with stone chippings. Plus can create plant pots to add colour, and something nice and cheerful to look at.
I’m a “not gardener”, but I can…. Cut a neat hedge, mow a lawn and strim those pesky weeds.
Small fence and gate repairs are attended to and painted as and when needed.
Those dark corners where stuff accumulates which needs skipping can be cleared and legally disposed of in my rented skip.
Gutterings can be cleaned gleamed cleared and repaired, I have a lot of experience with gutters having once upon a time been a professional roofer, so if you are fed up of the leak just above the front door, give me a call.
I can also do those small jobs, like changing a light bulb, clearing the back yard of clutter that’s built up over the years, like that wooden bench with three struts missing, the old tv arial, that off cut of lino, and those three house bricks and broken plant pot. Lagging a drainage pipe subject to freezing in winter, fixing a washing line etc, plus what ever else arises.
And finally I offer a comprehensive sweeper up service , to clear those gardens of leaves and debris, so it looks neat tidy and safe to walk on.
(I do however undertake small semi skilled building maintenance repairs before they become large expensive repairs.) Having been in the building trade for many years as a professional roofer, I do recognize when a small repair will not be good enough, and will recommend you seek out a quote from the relevant professional.
To reassure you of my honesty I have a full enhanced up to date DBS check and full public liability insurance.
I offer 4 types of payment types, real money, direct transferre, cheques and card payments at the time of work completion or when ever suits you.
I pride myself on punctuality, I have been fully vetted by Ageuk, I have an enhanced DBS, and I respect that a tidy outdoors is important for you independence safety and just the nice feeling of having a tidy back yard.
An invoice is provided for each job completed, detailing all works completed so you have a record for what has been done and paid for.
